Mehler TensileDraw LT version

Mehler TensileDraw LT is the “LIGHT version” of TensileDraw software package.

Mehler TensilDraw LT is equipped with all the tools described in “TensileDraw Process” page, but it's limited in the number of nodes (400) which can be calculated in one single project.

TensileDraw FULL version

TensileDraw FULL version gives some useful upgrades to Mehler TensileDraw:

  • No-limited number of nodes.
  • Connection nodes/beams: TensileDraw allows joining different simple structures into one complex geometry.


The unlimited calculation skill enables to calculate the form of mesh composed by huge numbers of nodes and beams.

  • 3D projection: an easy to use command to turn the mesh quickly from 2D to 3D shape.

  • Contour lines: this command draws the contour lines over the fabric surface. This is the easiest way to visualize the surface slope and localize potential water stagnation zones.

  • Supplementary output data: besides the base information given by Mehler TensileDraw, TensileDraw FULL output report provides some technical data more: cable stress value, fixed node reactions, pre-tension membrane value.
